Own a piece of history
This is my personal prototype of what was to become the Texas MAX timer. I built this just the way I wanted for CAT III flying. I used a Texas DT timer as the base for the prototype. I flew for one season with this timer on a TD .049 powered 1/2A AMA class plane. I did well in competition with it that year. This jewel weighs only 16.1 grams, so it is quite a bit lighter than my production timer. A real two function timer. Click Here to see some photos. This is the exact timer I used. Repaired Texas Ultimate OT Ignition Timer
This is a repaired ignition timer. You will note that it has a Deans connector installed on the wires. If you want the connector as shown, we will ship it as is. Repaired Texas MAX IIIA Timer
We repaired a nearly new MAX IIIA timer due to a faceplate failure. It had very little use and looks like new. The faceplate is brand new. Repaired Texas MICRO timer
We see a few timer failures due to the clock giving out. These may have a new clock installed, or may be of an earlier design. The faceplates usually have small marks where mounting screws were located, but the timers are all fully functional. They are all packed up in boxes and ready for use. Texas Timer Radial Mount for G & Z Engine
We have made up a small quantity of radial mounts for the G&Z engine. This mount is different than the others we carry in that holes are not pre-drilled for mounting to the firewall. We could not made the diameter any larger due to the rear exhaust stack. Rudy Kluiber has found a way to make a small mod to the mount that makes it a lot easier to use.
