You can order by phone at (423) 282-6423. No calls after 9 pm EST, please. Weekend OK. Pay by credit card. No PayPal this way.

ORDER BY FAX
You may Fax your order to (215) 623-1596 anytime. Use the Order by Mail form for your convenience. Pay by credit card only. Be sure to read the below on paying by credit card.

ORDER BY MAIL
You can also order by mail, and pay by personal check or money order. Make check payable to Texas Timers and mail to 3317 Pine Timbers Dr., Johnson City, TN 37604. Please include your phone number in case we need to reach you. We have now added a special mail order form that you can download (.PDF file). Go to mail order.

PAYING BY CREDIT CARD
New requirements placed on us by our card processor require that we always have the three digit verification code that is on the back of your card. No exceptions or we can not take your card. Also, it is very important that the invoice address you give us is the same address your card bill is sent to. Both the street and zip code. Any deviation will cause the card approval to be rejected. It is OK for shipment to be to a different address, but the invoice address is always needed. Not my rules, but those of Visa and MasterCard imposed on small merchants like us. Over all it is good for you as this is another fraud avoidance step.

 SHIPPING
Orders sent to US address can go by First Class mail for $4.50, or for $6.50 by Priority Mail. Neither are insured.  In some cases Priority mail may be a day to three days faster. Upon request, we can ship US orders by Over Night Express mail or UPS. Cost to be quoted. Express is not always guaranteed to be over night. It depends on your location. Some are two days.  For the money USPS Express Mail  is probably the best deal for fast delivery in the US.

Overseas orders go by Air Letter Post for a flat cost of $9.00. Delivery to most countries is ten days or less. Unfortunately, insurance and tracking is not  available on Air Letter Post. Global Priority Mail for $15.00 has shown to be a little faster and it may be more secure. We use the Flat Rate envelope that does not provide the protection of a cardboard box, but so for no problems have been reported.
